Okay good this are the basic Rules u need to know.
Ranks are preset.. so PLEASE DO NOT take on any
extra cash or load any extra turns to get a HIGHER rank… if you do this, you will mess
things up for other people and will just cause a lot of problems. You MUST stay where you
are or you will never be allowed to rank again.

Banking
(Banked Up)
Here is a brief overview of how it works. First, make
sure you have plenty of turns about 200 is good. You will need to hire 60 turns worth of DU
and then in a separate window accept a transfer. Deposit 15% into the safe and send the rest
back to the person that transferred to you. This whole thing can take NO longer than 60
seconds as that is how long hiring 60 turns would protect you. Make sure when you send money
back to type the amount of money you are sending and do not copy paste it as the commas will be
stripped out and the digits will be wrong. So for 400 billion you would type 400000000000 not
400,000,000,000. Remember.. this must be done quickly and cannot take any longer then 60
seconds to complete or you risk getting hit.

Maxing
At every Top of the Hour (TOH) of the game clock, OUR active banker needs to be MAXED in order
for him to keep the union's cash safe in the new hour.

Any player can be maxed and can max. as long as both parties' NW is within attack range and
one party is unamred. In this case it is the banker who will be unamed.


HOW TO MAX

- Ensure you have atleast 200 turns.

- Message the banker in advance, make it stand out in CAPS. Tell him that you will be around at the next TOH and what your networth (NW) will be at.
- Message the banker again 2-3 mins before the new hour to tell him that you are ready to MAX him. Ensure that you also in the SAME CITY as the banker. If not, travel to his city immediately.
- Start the attacks at 58mins 58secs. Keep hitting him till it goes thru then repeat hitting his headQuaters till he is Maxed.
- Keep attacking his HQ till you see this;  "This mafiaso has been attacked to much". This means that he is MAXED.
- Message the banker telling him he is MAXED.
- Send back all cash ganked from him (this amt sent DOES NOT add the your fam contributions)


PLS NOTE: 

Attacking the banker before the new hour and attacking him after the new hour is a  RISKY mistake to make. Remember to start attacking the banker only AFTER the NEW HOUR.  If you hit before till he is maxed. He is still open for attacks in the new hour which starts  at 58mins 58 secs on the dot.

Start hitting once you see 59mins, 10 secs to ensure that you do start hitting him on the dot..

If the banker is out of your range during the TOH, message him and tell him so.
try to get a few trusted mates in the family or in the family's divisions to assist you in this efforet, just in case your internet connection screws up during this period.

Be on standby for looters within your range at the point in time in the same city. they are here for the same reason. to max and steal the banker's cash on him at the point in time. So if some can hit the looter at the time the banker is being Maxed will also help to retrieve the cash that he managed to Gank. Attack the looters HQ as there is where the cash on hand will be.
